Vlnawer, Maxim

(1862-1926)
   Russian politician. He was a lawyer in St Petersburg and a leader of the Constitutional Democratic Party in the Duma. After the 1917 Revolution he became foreign minister in the shortlived anti-communist Crimean regional government.
